Happy Friday guys! What a crazy few weeks we have had over here. We have been sick and had family in town over Labor Day. I feel like we are finally get back in the swing of things.
Okay so do you remember this post all about my favorite Target Must Haves – – – well I have found a few more things from TARGET that are trendy for Fall and can transition so easily for any occasion. The BEST part is they are all under $30.00! Check them out and have a great weekend!
I am so happy to share with all of you what I have been working on lately. I created a graphic tee shirt company POSIE+Co. My sister for years wanted and encouraged me to go into the world of fashion. Maybe fashion merchandising or be a retail buyer…. but I chose the world of nursing. Which is amazing and I am so happy that I became a nurse but for me I ALWAYS had the little (fashion) place in my heart that needed to be filled. It is funny how life comes full circle, so here I am with now with my company POSIE+Co. One of my missions with POSIE+Co is to collaborate with other military wives. I found as a military wife sometimes we put our gifts and passions on the back burner, POSIE+Co gives a platform for some wives to share their voice and gifts. My first collaboration is with my best friend Ally who is a Air Force wife and the most talented artist and calligrapher out there (SEE HER SHOP HERE) and a POST all about her written by the Everyday Grace Blog, (<——– click the link to enter out giveaway #everydayposie or here—–> a Rafflecopter giveaway)
This has been such a learning and growing experience for me. My husband always says it is so important to go through uncomfortable situations or experiences in life to truly grow as a person. And for me starting a company and everything that comes with it has been fun but uncomfortable at times. Not knowing how to do everything and how much time something takes…. but it has been worth it and so much fun! SO check out the website and shop a little, each month we have a TEE OF THE MONTH and LIMITED EDITION TEES so make sure to stop back and check those out.

Me in the 90’s freaking out over some Dr. Martens… GOSH the 90’s were the best!
There were so many great fashion trends in the 90’s it is hard to keep track… from chokers to grunge like flannel shirts and then there were the shoes.… How amazing were the shoes! I am here to say the fabulous shoes from the 90s are back (Cue the Spice Girls music). I 100% owned and still have a few of these styles in my old closet at my parents house, it’s funny how trends always come back around. This is one trend that we’re glad to see making a comeback.

One of my favorite places in the world will always be Arizona, it will forever be home to me. I love being able to spend time with my parents and to visit some of my favorite places. So where should you go if your in Arizona? Head to the heart of Scottsdale…. Old Town! It has everything from boutique shopping to hip eateries, everything that makes for a great Saturday morning.
Carmen on 5th
I always stop by Carmen on 5 to check out their great Arizona graphic tees. As many of you know I love graphic t- shirts, I can always count on Carmen to have a super cute Arizona based t-shirts. Stop in and check out their stuff for Summer, they are next to Cartel Coffee on 5th Avenue!
Farm and Craft
If there was ever a restaurant made for me it is Farm and Craft. They have a Wellness menu that features 4 paths to optimal health includes ( anti inflammatory, increasing probiotics levels, maintaining high levels of antioxidants and reducing your overall stress levels). Basically this place is gluten free, organic and hormone free, healthy food but done in a creative and delicious way. Definitely worth the stop!
RUZE Cake House
This is probably one of my favorite places in Arizona… Macaroons+ Boba Tea makes for the perfect afternoon treat. This shop has a place in my heart because the mother/daughter team behind RUZE have played a special role in my major life moments over the past two years. From my bridal shower to wedding cake and desserts, and then my baby shower treats, I just can’t get enough of their delicious but beautiful designed treats. Be on the look for a future post solely about RUZE and the women behind it.
I’m all about finding and trying new beauty products that is why I love OG Beauty. This gem opened up just a few weeks ago and it carries all types of indie beauty/ makeup brands. As a makeup enthusiast I am so happy that I found OG beauty, because I love trying new products that can’t be found at Ulta or Sephora. They are located on Main St, just down from RUZE ! So grab a Boba tea from RUZE and head over to OG beauty to try a couple new beauty products.
