Tone It Up Inspired Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 cup spinach

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 od an frozen banana

1/2 of an avocado

1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt

Okay guys this is how I really drink my smoothie, the straw is cute but come on! This blueberry coconut smoothie is similar to a TIU smoothie, but I added a few more items to increase my “good” fat intake for the day.  It’s so good I have to control myself and drink it slowly! Hope you love it as much as I do… ENJOY!
